Sixth Grade Students Create Living Wax Museum Honoring Famous People in History

The hallways of the Dual Language Institute transformed into a living history museum as students staged museum-style exhibits with themselves dressed as a famous people in history.  Visitors would press paper “activation” buttons to make the sixth graders come alive and animate their historical figure’s story. Students were entertained by hearing the tales of such real-life characters as Daniel Boone, Ben Franklyn, Sacagawea, and Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz to name a few.
